Enable Noise Suppression by default

Hey guys,

Can we enable noise suppression by default? Is there any such config parameter?

I do see noise suppression to be added as part of toolbarButtons. And then it can be enabled when clicked from the more options. Can we enable it by default?

Moreover, I bumped into another config parameter - disableNS. Does it have any co-relation with above noise suppression functionality? Is it still in use?
