Dropbox Error when trying to save a recording

when trying to save a recording to dropbox we got this error. more than 24 hours have passed and we have not been able to download the recording , is it possible to recover it ?
We would like to know what kind of problem occurred.

If I now click on the expired link, I read this error:
{“code”:“BucketNotFound”,“message”:“Either the bucket named ‘dropbox-failed-recordings-meet-jit-si-eu-frankfurt-1’ does not exist in the namespace ‘fr4eeztjonbe’ or you are not authorized to access it”}
