Docker installation, crash after few seconds

Hello. I have troubles with jitsi-docker installation.
My .env file includes:
DOCKER_HOST_ADDRESS=“my public ip without quotes”
and
PUBLIC_URL=https://my.public.domain.

And I delete .jitis-meet-cfg entire folder after .env file changed and before containers re-building (except web folder, due Lets Encrypt certificates). And, ofc, I do: docker stop (docker ps -a -q) && docker rm (docker ps -a -q) to stop and delete all existing containers
The problem arises then my companion join the conference. My companion and I are in different networks, not in one LAN, but we are both connecting, using one address-our public domain name.

And one thing I noticed after docker-compose up -d command:
File .jitsi-meet-cfg/jvb/sip-communicator.properties does not contain any ip address or domain name. I Expected something like:
org.ice4j.ice.harvest.NAT_HARVESTER_LOCAL_ADDRESS= xxx
org.ice4j.ice.harvest.NAT_HARVESTER_PUBLIC_ADDRESS=xxx
I rely on this post: [solved] Docker installation, fine until someone joins my room
Sorry for my poor English.

Hi,
I had the same issue,
You can check the logs to see what are errors, it will help you understand the issue.
/var/log/jitsi/jvb.log
/var/log/jitsi/jicofo.log
/var/log/prosody/prosody.log

Be sure that video bridge is running
also check that the ports are open 80,443,4443,10000 (Be sure port 10000 is open as udp)

Depending on your setup you may not needed to set the settings:
“org.ice4j.ice.harvest.NAT_HARVESTER_****_ADDRESS”

Thank you for advice. It is better way to view logs: docker logs containerid. Ports are open.

If you have issues with docker setup I suggest to read the Debian/Ubuntu server and Manual installation just to understand how jtsi works, it will help you understand the problem.

you can also see the logs in following mode with the -f flag: docker logs -f containername

Found this message in jvb logs. Firewall is disabled. What could this mean?
