Hi, we understand there are some new Jitsi changes being released in the coming weeks to make it work on Firefox and Safari. But we do not believe this includes Safari on iOS. Therefore we are looking for a developer to make Jitsi work on Safari on iOS. Please message me on here or directly. regards Steve
there is no way to achieve this and jitsi-meet is not optimised mobile browser. Using native SDK inside your ios app is the only way to go. with that being said if you are interested in creating app for your own deployment, I could help you with that. just drop me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
On the other hand, if you want you can use jitsi-meet app for your deployment. just need to go to settings and change the
server_url to your server
why is there no way?
I can help you if its paid work; I am an expert looking for work! Please share your email/skype and we can take it from there;
I’m confused by this. Jitsi works fine in Safari on my iPad Pro.
Edit: Looks like this was recently fixed: https://github.com/jitsi/jitsi-meet/issues/5105
