Create multiple user in jitsi

How can we create multiple user in jitsi on cloudjiffy.
Because on cloud cloudjiffy prosodyctl command is not running

Thank you for the answer, but if we want to create user manually form cloudjiffy than how can we do that, Is their any command or process to achieve that ?
