Coturn Server certificates generation issue

Hello, I am a complete beginner with Jitsi Meet and WebRTC. I am trying to setup a coturn server for my hosted version of jitsi meet. I am running Jitsi meet docker containers along with my coturn server container on Google Cloud platform. The webserver container of Jitsi meet generates SSL/TLS certificates from lets encrypt. Does the coturn container needs to generate these certificates again? Can I use the same certificates for both webserver and coturn server considering both exists as separate containers? I tried to make the coturn container generate its SSL certificate seperately using certbot but the installation of certbot fails everytime.
The portion script that installs certbot and generates certificate for coturn server is

apt-get install -y snapd
snap install core; sudo snap refresh core
snap install --classic certbot
ln -s /snap/bin/certbot /usr/bin/certbot
certbot certonly --key-path ${COTURN_CERT_DIR} --cert-path ${COTURN_CERT_DIR} --standalone --preferred-challenges http --deploy-hook "systemctl restart coturn" -d ${DOMAIN}

and running the above scripts results in an error like below:

error: cannot communicate with server: Post "http://localhost/v2/snaps/core": dial unix /run/snapd.socket: connect: no such file or directory

If somehow I manage use the certificates generated by webserver in coturn server, it can save all these steps in the coturn server.

Please guide me. Any help is appreciated.
Thank you!
