_connectionStatus 'interrupted' bug

Hello jitsi experts,

I am using lib-jitsi-meet with custom UI, during call some of the users get _connectionStatus ‘interrupted’ or ‘restoring’ which leads to frozen video or black self-view.

The solution for some of the users is to reload the call and their _connectionStatus goes active again BUT this reloading case is not for everyone some of the users have still _connectionStatus ‘interrupted’ after reloading which again the problem of frozen or black self-view.

This is very critical for my clients, after so much effort and R&D I haven’t found any solution so I am seeking desperately expert help on this
