Connection problem with a class meeting for a lesson

Today I should be in a class for a lesson. I can see the partecipants but I cannot hear or see the teacher. What can I do?

This is for meet.jit.si I guess? Is this mobile or web? Can you provide mobile app version, OS version or browser version?
