Connecting a auxiliary source of audio

I’m wondering if someone can point me in the right direction of how I might connect an auxiliary source of audio to a room? Or if this is even something that Jitsi handles?

What I am looking to do is develop a custom software that will be included into another application, and that application will send an audio stream inside of it to a Jitsi room.

It depends on OS you have on the client side

@emrah my plan is to develop modules the live inside another native application that produces sound, and send a stream of that sound to some endpoint in the cloud (maybe it’s a Jitsi endpoint, or maybe its a seperate RTMP stream, that’s what I’m trying to figure out)

Then I want to have to have the ability to hear that stream inside a Jitsi meet room.

This becomes a lot easier if there is some part of the Jitsi stack that would allow me to send this audio stream directly into a Jitsi meet room.

You can use the virtual audio cable tools.
OS related issue… It is not directly related with jitsi

You may want to check jitas too
