  1. How to completely disable the ability to add a password to a conference room?
  2. Is it possible to remove the password request when using IP telephony and configured FreeBPX|Asterisk?
    This is required to shorten the voice menu (IVR)

You may disable security option of menu but this will also disable lobby.
