Hi) How can I enable “Start Recording” and “Start sharing document” ?
You need to install and configure https://github.com/jitsi/jibri and then enable it in config.js of your deployment. For sharing document you need to configure your own instance of etherpad (http://etherpad.org/) and also enable it in your config.js.
