[CLOSED] Suddenly Camera, Audio, Mic not working on Desktop Browser

Hello Guys…
I successfully installed and configured my Jitsi on AWS Server,
Everything runs very well for about 2 months, but today I cannot hear participant’s voices or cameras if they use Chrome Desktop, the same happens if I use Chrome Desktop.
But if I use Mobile Chrome, and also the participant, there are no such problems…

Here is my device version:
Windows 10 Version 2004 (OS Build 19041.572)
Chrome Version 86.0.4240.75 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Settings on my Desktop Browser:

  • Camera is ON
  • Mic is ON

Conditions:

  • Can not hear audio from others
  • can not see others’ camera

On Participant’s Desktop Browser:

  • My Camera appears OFF
  • My Mic appears MUTED

It seems to be an issue with the lastest Google Chrome update (v 78.0.3904.105) which probably has been fixed (https://github.com/jitsi/lib-jitsi-meet/pull/1299/files)

Tried to install Chrome v85.0.4183.121, and there is no problem at all,

will try to update the Jitsi base to the latest version, which has been fixed, and give the update later…

After updating the Jitsi Web with the latest version,
Everything back to normal
