Can't access video, DOMException: Could not start video source

When I open our jitsi server in Android Chrome I can’t access video, despite having granted permissions already (Site settings show Chrome has permissions for video).

It works fine on Chrome in the desktop, Android Firefox and iOS Safari (but not on iOS Chrome).

After pressing several times on the disabled camera button, I get this error:
