Can't able to hear some users voice in audio call

We have used https://meet.jit.si api for video & audio call, In that call some of the users voice can’t able to hear

Is it only audio? On what browser you are experiencing the problem? What it the browser version? Anything in the browser logs?

Yes, Audio only. We have using chrome browser.
Chrome browser version: Version 72.0.3626.121

Are there any errors in the js console of those that do not hear?
