Cannot find recording from Jitsi on Dropbox

Hi, I need help. I can’t find my recording from jitsi on Dropbox after my online session.

Please advice. Thank you.

I setup a meeting and started recording only to realize my Dropbox was full but the recording happened. I removed some files to free up space but I still can’t see the recording. Can the recording be retrieved?

Hi there,
I had the same problem and have finally solved it.
Dropbox stores your files in two places: on your Desktop and in the Dropbox cloud.
When I searched for the file locally (inside the Dropbox folders on my PC) , there was no recording to be found.
When I searched my files in the cloud at dropbox.com, I immediately found the recording inside the correct folder.
I think that maybe the files inside the Apps folder in Dropbox may be configured not to synchronize to one’s desktop.
