It is working now. We will be doing some changes to minimize these kind of problems in the future.

problem is gone. Its OK now.

I still had the problem today on Debian 10
Fixed it as follows:
go to https://download.jitsi.org/jitsi-key.gpg.key
Open the key in any plain text editor.
Copy its content.
Past it on your server in the file /usr/share/keyrings/jitsi-keyring.gpg
Now you can apt update without any errors
