You could, if you were able to route a public IP address to the system, with all the required ports forwarded.
Having done this sort of thing in the past, it’s usually a pain, and it’s well worth the cost to host it on a Digital Ocean droplet, Amazon EC2 instance, etc. Just be sure the required firewall ports are open - Jitsi uses a lot of somewhat weird ports, and is not just {80,443}/TCP like many web servers.
