Calls coming from iphone/android apps using Jitsimeet SDK are not being recorded and transcribed by jigasi , but with web browser it is working fine

We enable transcription and recording with jigasi , we enabled transcription from every client connected , do we need to make any changes to SDK or to add any feature while making calls with jitsi , so that it can transcribe and record with jigasi ?
