I think the problem comes from /usr/local/share/ca-certificates/ where I will have to have the But i haven’t auth. in this folder and in /var/lib/prosody/ either.
How can i generate ?

How did you install jitsi-meet? Have you checked jicofo logs for errors?

Thank you for your answer so fast, nothing in the jicofo logs and intallation I did it on a debian 9:

  1. add gpg key
echo 'deb stable/' > /etc/apt/sources.list.d/jitsi-stable.list
  1. letsencrypt certificate
apt install jitsi-meet -y

Interesting, you don’t need to do anything in this case. Were there any errors during install? Check jicofo logs for errors?

I didn’t had the jitsi-videobridge install page. Is the first one who ask you fot the hostname…
After that he took the previous hostname installation. Maybe jitsi have an configuration retention. After that i changed in each file the hostname to the new one. But i steel have no

So you modified everything by hand, all the hostnames? This is not correct as it will mess up stuff on next update.
If you want to change the hostname that jitsi-meet uses, you either need to re-configure the package or better is to purge everything (check the uninstall section in quick install guide) and install again.

OK thanks for your answer. I already tried to delete everything and do a purge and it did not remove everything. Should i do something else? There is a reconfiguration file or a database where jitsi write his configuration?
Follow this link is enough for me to delete everything?

When i do : apt-get purge jigasi jitsi-meet jitsi-meet-web-config jitsi-meet-prosody jitsi-meet-web jicofo jitsi-videobridge
i have :

dpkg: error processing package jitsi-meet-prosody (--remove):
subprocess installed post-removal script returned error exit status 1
Errors were encountered while processing:
E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)

Not sure what maybe wrong here … try installing again and purge immediately after that … is prosody running? Does it start/stop cleanly?

Ok, thank you very much, I deleted everything and reinstalled and it works very well. Integration with RocketChat also works.
Have a good day
