Browser unable to connect after quick install

Hello everyone!

just did a quick install on Ubuntu 18.04.1 LTS. No errors during installation, generated a let’s encrypt certificate. But I’m pretty sure there’s no server listening on 443.

Ah yes absolutely blank brand new ubuntu from my cloud provider…

Does any this make any sense to anyone?

Thanks a lot in advance!
