Best practices for reducing CPU wakeups for JVB2?

The Java process for JVB2 seems to be a constant source of CPU wakeups / interrupts, even during idle. I would like to minimise, if not eliminate them, since my Jitsi setup is mostly idling (I only use it for family and friends).

Are there any config options that could potentially reduce these wakeups? It can’t be GCing every second, right?

(Server is running Ubuntu 20.04)
