Background blur

Hello everybody,
Before my videoconference yesterday, I wanted to “activate the background blur” BETA version.
It wasn’t a good idea, Jitsi is now completely stuck on the computer
Do you have any ideas on how to solve this problem? I can’t disable that option. My camera doesn’t work, no sound either, and I can’t reach my colleagues for the meeting.

Open welcome page, open Dev Tools -> JS Console -> Applicitons and clear the local storage.

Very happy to hear from you but I need some more explanations…
If the welcome page is “jitsi.org”, I do not manage to find the Dev Tools I have to open.
Could I have some more details please ?

Impossible to find the page you call Dev Tools and I enclosed in this post (I found another topics with your answer).

Is it possible to access this page if we aren’t developpers ?

This is a workaround, fixing an issue.

OK. I’m now on the right welcome page but how can I access to the Dev Tools ???

From the menus of the browser, not sure where are they on the OS you use.

We already made a change and blur will not be activated by default once you had used it.
