Authentification Error when send a token

Hello, I configured jitsi to use token verification when a people enter the room.

In my prosody config I am setting app_id and app_secret, I use this doc and I send the jwt like this:

The jwt that i’m using is like

  "context": {
    "user": {
      "avatar": "https:/",
      "name": "John Doe",
      "email": "",
      "id": "abcd:a1b2c3-d4e5f6-0abc1-23de-abcdef01fedcba"
    "group": "a123-123-456-789"
  "aud": "aud", -- audience
  "iss": "iss", -- application id
  "sub": "sub", -- domain of my jitsi server
  "room": "*",
  "exp": 1600006923

the header is:

  "alg": "HS256",
  "typ": "JWT"

I sign this with the secret that I set in prosody config

but when a user enter in a room launches this:

prosody logs launches this warning that I think is the problem:
Aug 13 18:38:15 general warn Error verifying token err:not-allowed, reason:token required

I finded this post , I tried change the proxy-pass but this not working.

Any idea?

Thank you!

If you are using group
The link to use need to be

error persists in a room without group

EDIT: I see in chrome’s console received that errors:

I’m also having problems configuring the jwt token authentication, I will get back to it early next week, but I’m thinking it could be some trouble with the jibri recorder brewery.

@damencho does that makes sense? Does the recorder needs also to be configured with the token? For what I understand it takes another channel.
