After many attempts to have a dial in through Voximplant, I cannot get jitsi to pick up a dial in call. I have the following error in /var/log/prosody/prosody.log

I have contacted Voximplant to ensure my reinstall is ok at their end. Can anyone see where I may be going wrong?
