Audio lost after entering a room

We only use Jitsi on our internal LAN, consisting of 3 hosts. Two hosts run only jitsi-videobridge2 2.1-665-g3a90ccdc-1. These hosts are hardware machines.

On the third host, a virtual machine (VMware ESX), runs:

jitsi-videobridge2/stable,now 2.1-665-g3a90ccdc-1
jitsi-meet-web-config/stable,now 1.0.6091-1
jitsi-meet-web/stable,now 1.0.6091-1
jitsi-meet-turnserver/stable,now 1.0.6091-1
jitsi-meet-prosody/stable,now 1.0.6091-1
nginx/stable,now 1.18.0-6.1

The current Edge is used as browser, sometimes Chrome or Firefox. p2p is disabled.

When entering a room where there are already several users, audio occasionally drops out for one participant. If this participant leaves the room and enters it again, audio also works. Basically, no camera is active, only audio and no screen sharing.

This all happens randomly, sometimes it works for some time without problems and then suddenly this behavior occurs. If all participants hear each other, by leaving and calling again, it runs stable for hours. It actually only happens when you enter a room. There are also no changes of this behavior, if I disable the jitsi-videobridge on the virtual machine.

What can I look for or look for in the logs to solve this problem?

Can you get the browser js console logs from the participant that is not heard and from a participant that does not hear him and attach them here?

Thanks for answer. Yes, sure. But we need some days for it.
