Audio issues

We’ve been using Jitsi Meet (web browser) since March for all our (team) meetings. Since a couple of weeks, we’ve had repeated problems with the audio where we can’t hear each other. This has happened on several occasions with different people including this call (one person could not be heard by the other two):

Hi @Annie, is your team geographically distributed? I wonder if this could be related to us enabling octo recently (octo is our code name for geographically distributed media servers).
