Audio garbles in the middle of a call using e2ee

Our staff is located in different countries, so we use JItsi Meet for daily staff meetings. We use the Electron Jitsi Meet app. We use a password to join the meeting and use e2ee.

Most days for one or two people in the call (not always the same people), in the middle of the call the audio suddenly becomes all garbled again. They need to sign out and then log back in again to solve the problem.

Any idea what may cause this problem, and, more importantly, how we can prevent this from happening?
