Audio from video not playing

Hi

When I screen share a video file the audio portion of the video cannot be heard by the participants. Is this a known problem?

I am running:-
Win 10
Firefox browser
Have tried VLC Player / Win Media Player, Win Movies and TV player / playing the file in a Firefox tab.
Video is received by participants but they cannot hear the audio portion. They continue to hear the audio from my mic when I speak.

That’s a platform limitation, sharing an application doesn’t share the audio for that application. In CHrome you can choose to share audio for that tab, and on Windows sharing the entire screen will also share the system audio.
