Audio and video permission not granted

I am installing jitsi Meet in centOS8. The server is running well . also i can create a room but I cannot access to open microphone and Camera. they said permission in not granted.
Can you tell me what is the problem .

The webbrowser require https for webrtc to work.
You need to setup https using self signed certificates or using lets encrypt.
