As we enter any room name to create room , i want to check that room exist or not using jitsi code.
simply that code returns true or false.
Nope, that is not possible as it is deployment specific, you need to implement it as a custom prosody module, where all shards are pushing data to a single service when conference start or end and you need to consult that service for this information.
Exposing such information publicly is a security risk.
