Please ignore my ignorance if this is a silly question. I am looking for a video solution where users join my website. Once they join the website they can conduct one to one sessions with other users that are booked in there calendar. These are users do not need a account. But the users that join can automatic accounts be created. Also can multiple video calls be made at the same time?

You can use iFrame to embed video calls hosted at https://meet.jit.si for free. If you need user accounts though, you’ll need to host your own server. There is no limit to the number of concurrent calls you can have on meet.jit.si; on your server, the number is limited by the resources you make available (bandwidth being the most important).
