Antivirus blocking Jitsi-meet

hey all, I am facing unusual issue where some of my users are not able to access my jitsi-meet website. When we turned off antivirus in local system everything was working fine. Can someone help me resolving this?

I generated let’s encrypt certificate as mentioned in docs.

Maybe it’s the use of port 10000/UDP. Try to configure the antivirus to allow this port. If your user is fine when using it’s almost certainly because has turnserver setup allowing users without port 10000 access to use exclusively port 443.

do we have documentation somewhere about how to setup turn server for jitsi? if so can you please share it. thanks

tons of stuff in forum posts, no idea about official documentation - currently I have no interest in coturn setup.
