I’m beginning to see this on several Ubuntu machines (18.04.LTS and 20.04.LTS):

I’m assuming the key changed?

W: Some index files failed to download. They have been ignored, or old ones used instead.

We have rotated the key, please download the new key and install it (same place as before) and you’ll be back up.
