Yes, unless the traffic is going through the videobridge (i.e., if p2p is disabled on the server). The TURN server does not touch the relayed data while the videobridge needs to decrypt and reencrypt the media streams before forwarding. That’s why there is no real e2ee in an multiparty call - the videobridge is always involved in these. Note that since recent releases there is an experimental e2ee option that works independent from the media routing (although only when using Chrome canary iirc):
