After working for months, and recent updates, recording fails

Dear all,

2 jibri rooms worked fine since late April. Upgraded Prosody to 11.5, enabled speaker stats. REcording worked last week. Today when trying to record, REcording fails. Jicofo log shows the following:

Any pointers where to start, please?

Norbert

Did you confirm Jibri service status? Is it running?

could you tell me how if you fix this problem? also my jibri can not restart and i can not recording…thank you :pray:t2:

i also experienced this, there’s a new installation for jibri, these docs solved my issue : https://docs.easyjitsi.com/docs/newjibri

hi @bufio
i follow the installation instruction from the link that you mentioned, but the jibri could n’t start again! i try to install jitsi/jibri in my local own server, do you ever try to do this? if you do and install new version of Jibri’s config documentation in local server, would you please help me what should I do step by step…thank you in advance so much

Jibri is running.

The jibri update changed the link to openjdk Java. I corrected this, but after restarting services and instances, still no joy. Recording failed to start. Will need to explore this in the next few days. Thank God term hasn’t started yet, so no immediate pressure. Still busy with other things …
