After configuring admin creating the rooms but others can enter the created room, still ask for username and pass from guests

For creating the room - works as expected. it asks for prosody registered username and password
and I can see the option if I want to add a password to the room which I chose not to add a password for guests to enter
But when the guests enter the rooms, it is asking them for username and passwords. It seems like only registered prosody users can use the conference or join any room. Can someone please explain how I can make the guest part to work where they won’t be asked for username and password.
