Adding Webrtc stream to Jitsi Meet Conference

Hi,

Is there any way to add a WebRTC stream to a Jitsi Meet Conference? May be through APIs or anything?

What do you mean by adding a WebRTC stream, give an example?
Currently jicofo is orchestrating the conference so to add something to all participants you need to modify jicofo and the stream there if I understand correctly.
