8x8 ad appearing after red phone click, but error rather than sending traffic to 8x8 sign up form

Working on a site and we are able to show the 8x8 ad after people click on the red phone icon, but then if they click on the ad’s button an error appears in the jitsi/8x8 window

It is on a password protected site and jitsi appears on a page that is opened in a new window. Jitsi itself works fine and the 8x8 ad appears to show correctly.

Any suggestions?

Can you reliably reproeuce this? Can you share a link where we can test this?

Today clicking on the advert is, in the same window, showing the survey monkey survey regarding using a paywall.
