3 people on computer, 1 on android phone

I just created a new VM using Ubuntu 18.04 and installed Jitsi following the quick install guide provided. I have not made any modifications to the project or the server files after install. I was able to successfully open 3 tabs for the same room name on my computer but when i joined a 4th (using android Samsung Galaxy S7 phone) the person on the Android’s video was no longer able to be seen.

For testing: Android phone worked with P2P ( 2 people in room, but not when 3 connect).
Check the Screenshot below.

Console: No errors (ICE connected and such).

Jicofo Log only had: WARNING: [36] org.jitsi.jicofo.JitsiMeetConferenceImpl.log() No jingle session yet for room5@conference.

JVB had this:

Setting the preferH264 in /etc/jitsi/meet/YOUR-DOMAIN-config.js can make a difference.
