During 15 June Call, someone broke in and ran a “streaming interrupted” cartoon. When that was over, the Hand and other lower left symbols were covered by a red square making it impossible to click on them. Reload of the browser failed to resolve the issue. Clicking of the original link led me to a page asking for a password. Since I didn’t have a password, I was excluded from participation. I could still hear the sound, but without video - not sure how I got to this.
It wasn’t clear who was responsible for this “joke.” I have suggested an improvement that could exercise positive control over speakers and present the name of the current speaker, so this type of behavior could be held accountable. However, as long as participants can create new names, it is impossible to have accountability beyond the current call.
